OPINION AND ORDER ON REMAND

This matter is before the Court pursuant to an order of remand entered by the district court. This Court’s prior opinion dealt with a variety of related issues which arose in these cases. In re Babbin, 156 B.R. 838 (Bankr.D.Colo.1993). Among those issues was the question of whether, in a Chapter 13 case, a proof of claim filed by an unsecured creditor after the time specified in F.R.B.P. 3002(c) should be disallowed solely because of the untimely filing.
