BECTON, Judge.

Plaintiff, Jane Driscoll, brought this declaratory judgment action to determine whether she was covered under the underin-sured motorist provision of her daughter’s insurance policy with defendant, United States Liability Insurance Company (USLIC). From the grant of defendant’s motion for summary judgment, plaintiff appeals. We affirm.
