This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County entered by Judge James L. Wray on 1 August 1974, dismissing a bill of complaint for the specific performance of a contract for the sale of land brought against the appellee, Mercantile Safe Deposit and Trust Company, personal representative of the estate of Eula M.
