U.S. Home Corp. and Vista Hills, Inc. (collectively, the “Debtors”) filed a motion to reopen their bankruptcy case in order to enforce the confirmation order against Los Prados Community Association, Inc. (“Los Prados”) and their attorneys engaged in litigation with the Debtors in an action pending in Nevada State Court (the “State Court Action”).
