MEMORANDUM OPINION
GUIN, District Judge.
These consolidated cases are before this court on appeal from a final order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama, Western Division. In the interest of judicial economy, these cases have been consolidated by pri- or order.
JURISDICTION
Case 04-G-3361-W arises out of a case which was removed from state court by Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc., (hereinafter CPS) to the Bankruptcy Court. The Bankruptcy Court granted appellee Delmar Coleman’s motion to remand the case to state court (hereinafter the Removed Case).…
