PAULEY, District Judge.

The plaintiff, Ruth Jones (“Jones”) brings this action against the Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) pursuant to § 205(g) of the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), seeking review of a final decision denying her disability benefits. This matter was referred to a magistrate judge. Both parties moved for judgment on the pleadings under Rule 12(c) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
