FRANCIS G. CONRAD, Bankruptcy Judge.

The single issue 1 before this Court is whether or not we should approve a consulting and settlement agreement proposed by Debtor and Joseph, a Drexel insider. If a settlement agreement is fair and equitable and in a debtor’s best interest, and those of its creditors’, it will be approved. Approval of a compromise and settlement is committed to the sound discretion of the Court.
