Michael A. Delaney (defendant) appeals from the denial of his petition under G. L. c. 211, § 3 (1990 ed.), by a single justice of this court. The petition sought relief from a bail revocation order. We summarize the relevant facts, relying primarily on the representations of counsel, un-sworn or based on hearsay, but not disputed.
