Plaintiff Hayne, Miller & Farm, Inc., [“HMF”] commenced the above-captioned action on April 14,1994, by filing an application to vacate an arbitration award pursuant to 9 U.S.C. § 10 and Rule 81(a)(3), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Wis.Stats. § 788.10 and Minn.Stats. § 572.19.
