INTRODUCTION1
In this medical malpractice action, defendant Robert J. Butler, M.D. (“Dr.Butler”), seeks to dismiss the complaint of pro se plaintiff Rhonda Wilkerson (“Ms.Wilkerson”) on grounds of lack of this Court’s subject matter jurisdiction and to strike causes of action from the complaint. Ms. Wilkerson filed no opposition papers to Dr. Butler’s motions.
