Harvey, J.:

This is an action for a mandatory injunction to enjoin defendants from maintaining certain embankments across a natural watercourse where it enters the drainage district, and to require their removal. The trial court made findings of fact and conclusions of law and rendered judgment for plaintiff.' Defendants have appealed. The findings and conclusions of the trial court tell the story of the controversy, and are as follows:
