— Appellee (the plaintiff below), Helen Lucille Wyatt, Administratrix of the Estate of Charles B. Wyatt, deceased, filed her action against the appellant, The New York Central Railroad Company, to recover damages for the death of her husband, Charles B. Wyatt. Trial was had by a jury, which resulted in a verdict in the sum of Seventy-two Thousand Five Hundred ($72,500.00) Dollars in favor of the appellee, and consistent judgment was rendered thereon.
