Plaintiffs Q.S.I. Holdings, Inc. and Quality Stores, Inc. appeal from an order of the bankruptcy court granting summary judgment in favor of defendants in a post-judgment adversary proceeding brought by plaintiffs. In re Quality Stores, Inc., 355 B.R. 629 (Bankr.W.D.Mich.2006). Plaintiffs sought avoidance of payments made to defendants, former shareholders of the debtor Quality Stores, Inc., in a leveraged buy-out 1 (LBO) of Quality Stores by Central Tractor and Farm Country, Inc. and its affiliate, CT Holdings, Inc.
