Defendant, Piper, Jafiray & Hopwood, Incorporated (Piper, Jafiray & Hopwood), appeals the Order of the District Court of the Second Judicial District, Silver Bow County, which denied its Motion to Compel Arbitration in an action brought by plaintiff alleging negligence and violations of the Montana Securities Act in relation to investments purchased through Piper, Jaffray & Hopwood.
