In this declaratory judgment action, Penn-America Insurance Company (Penn-America) appeals from the order granting summary judgment in favor of Peccadillos, Inc., and its proprietor, David M. Freeman (collectively “Peccadillos”), and denying Penn-America’s cross motion for summary judgment.
