Plaintiff James Risk (“Plaintiff’) is an unsecured creditor in the underlying Chapter 7 case. On October 16, 2014, Plaintiff commenced this adversary proceeding, seeking a determination of the dischargeability of a debt owed to him by Defendant Piaj E.
