DECISION
Graphic Controls Corporation (“Graphic Controls”) seeks review of the decision of the United States District Court for the Western District of New York in Graphic Controls Corp. v. Utah Medical Products, Inc., No. 96-CV-0459E(F), 1997 WL 276232 (W.D.N.Y. May 21, 1997). The district court dismissed Graphic Controls’s complaint for lack of jurisdiction over defendant Utah Medical Products, Inc. (“Utah Medical”).
