Introduction

Plaintiff Cheryl Herzog filed her pro se complaint on June 27, 1997 alleging that she was discriminated by Defendants Tallo and McLane Northeast, Inc. in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12117 (“ADA”), and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2005e-5 (“Title VII”).
