C. Reppucci & Sons, Inc. v. W. J. Dunn & Co.

This is an action of contract in which the plaintiff seeks to recover from the defendant for an alleged breach of warranty as to the capacity of a certain air compressor, and for the costs incurred by the plaintiff in repairing the said compressor.
