Complaint received and sworn to in the Third District Court of Eastern Middlesex on October 29, 1909, under St. 1906, c. 463, Part II. § 155, against the New York Central and Hudson River Railroad Company, for obstructing Cambridge Street in Cambridge with cars for more than five minutes at one time on the day of the complaint. In the district court the defendant appeared specially, and filed a motion to quash the complaint oh the ground that the court had no jurisdiction either of the offense or of the defendant. 1. We have no doubt that the district court in which the complaint was made had jurisdiction over the offense charged against the defendant.
