PERRY, Chief Judge.
John David Ward appeals from his judgment of conviction, arguing that the district court erred in denying his motion to withdraw his guilty plea. We affirm.

BACKGROUND
In January 1996, Federal Express notified the Blaine County Drug Task Force that two packages containing cocaine had been intercepted in route to destinations in Blaine County.
