These are appeals in interference proceedings from the decisions of the Board of Interference Examiners of the United States Patent Office awarding priority of invention of the subject matter defined by all of the counts in each of, interference Nos. 80,772 (appeal No. 5530), 81,-029 (appeal No. 5531), 81,030 (appeal No. 5532), 81,031 (appeal No. 5533), and 81,-684 (appeal No. 5534) to appellee, Russell R.
