Testa, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of burglary in the third degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-103 (a), criminal mischief in the third degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-117 (a) (1) (A), failure to bring a motor vehicle to a full stop when signaled in violation of General Statutes § 14-223 (b), evasion of responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle in violation of General Statutes § 14-224 (b) and reckless driving in violation of General Statutes § 14-222 (a).
