ELLIS, District Judge.
This appears to be, in this Court at least, the final chapter in the Norfolk Southern System (“NS”) spur line sale/lease saga. The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals recently affirmed this Court’s issuance of preliminary injunctive relief enjoining the labor plaintiffs 1 from engaging in self-help in violation of the Railway Labor Act (“RLA”), 45 U.S.C. §§ 151 et seq.
