This is an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court dismissing a writ of certiorari brought to review the action of the Atlantic County Juvenile Court. The action in this case was brought by Margaret Carr, the mother of a bastard child, against Sidney Kaufman who, it was alleged was, and found by the jury to be, the father of said child.
