Four errors are assigned:(1) That the court erred in refusing to exclude all witnesses from the courtroom upon plaintiff’s motion.(2) That the court erred in its rulings on admitting and excluding evidence.(3) That the court erred in admitting a photograph.(4) That the court erred in his instructions to the jury.
