MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER
COGAN, District Judge.
Before me is the motion of plaintiff FU-JIFILM North America Corporation (“FUJI”) to dismiss the counterclaims of defendant Geleshmall Enterprises LLC (“Geleshmall”) for breach of contract and breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing. FUJI initiated the main action by filing suit against approximately 15 defendants, as well as unnamed XYZ companies, for violations of the Lanham Act and state law through the alleged sale of gray market FUJI and INSTAX products (the “FUJI Gray Market Products”).1 Gelesh-mall, previously a…
