Largo Realty, Inc. v. Purcell

This case arises out of a written contract between the plaintiff, Largo Realty, Inc., and EDO Seidman, LLP (EDO), a limited liability partnership, under which EDO provided Largo with tax and accounting services. The gist of Largo’s Superior Court complaint is that EDO overbilled it for services rendered by Victoria Purcell, a EDO employee, and her supervisor Anthony Russo, a EDO partner.
