DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY
{¶ 1} The state appeals the grant of a motion for reconsideration and the court's subsequent decision to quash the grand jury subpoena issued for My Sister's Place. First, the state contends that the court had no authority to entertain the motion for reconsideration. Since the trial court's original denial of the motion to quash was not a final appealable order, the trial court was free to reconsider its decision at any time.
