I. Introduction
This matter comes before this Court on Creditor Wayne Mullis’ (“Mullis”) Motion for Summary Judgment On Motion to Compel Payment of Claims. Mullís asserts he has a post-petition, pre-rejection. administrative rent claim under § 365(d)(3) entitling him to immediate payment and an. administrative employment claim under § 503(b)(1).
