{¶ 1} Brook Pointe Health and Rehab, Inc., d.b.a. Beachwood Pointe Care Center, ("the Nursing Home") appeals from the trial court's rulings on various motions concerning punitive damages, attorney fees, litigation expenses, and survivorship and wrongful death claims in this nursing home negligence case brought by Daniel Lang ("Plaintiff"), as the representative of Mary Stevens's ("Mary") estate.
