This case comes into this court from the Court of Appeals of Stark county upon the allow anee of motion for certification of the record. That court found that the court of common pleas had erroneously directed a verdict in favor of the Industrial Commission and against Ruth Smith Nelson, the plaintiff in that court, who was seeking an award of compensation upon appeal from the action of the Industrial Commission, which had disallowed her claim.
