This appeal arises from the district court’s denial of appellant’s motion to set aside a default judgment taken in Michigan and subsequently filed in Idaho.

BACKGROUND

On March 17, 1989, appellant Michael Burns, dba Monument Camera and Video, (Michael) entered into a lease with respondent LeaseFirst for a Koniea automatic mini-lab color printer.
