MEMORANDUM OPINION AND FINAL JUDGMENT
LEE, District Judge.
This is an action for trademark infringement under Section 43(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a) (1994). Plaintiff The Teaching Company Limited Partnership (“TTC”) filed a three-count Complaint against Defendant Unapix Entertainment, Inc. (“Unapix”), alleging two counts of trademark infringement and one count of unfair competition.
