This action was brought by' plaintiffs for a judicial settlement of their accounts as trustees of certain trust funds established under the will of Frank Work, who died March' 16, 1911, and by a so-called family agreement dated February 20, 1914, executed by all those beneficially interested in said estate. In their complaint the trustees pray not only that their accounts be judicially settled but that they be instructed by the court concerning the distribution and apportionment between the life tenants and remaindermen of certain 14,434 shares of the Delaware Lackawanna and Western Railroad…
