OPINION
CHAPA, Justice.
This appeal arises from a summary judgment rendered in favor of Herman Woemdell and Honor Woemdell (hereinafter appel- lees) and against Ruth D. Love, Executrix of the Estate of Caroline Elizabeth Duder-stadt (hereinafter appellant). The judgment cancels a Revocation Deed executed October 2, 1979, by Caroline Elizabeth Du-derstadt. It also denies the appellant relief on her counterclaim which was filed on April 18, 1985.
On December 26, 1963, Caroline Elizabeth Duderstadt and T.A. Duderstadt executed a deed conveying 394 acres of land to Honor Woemdell (their daughter)…
