This is the same ease that was before us at the Spring Term, 1935, opinion filed 22 May and reported ante, 227, to which reference may be had for a more extended statement of the facts.

With respect to plaintiffs’ appeal, it is sufficient to say that the continued operation of decedent’s nursery business was carried on with the full knowledge and apparent consent of all concerned, creditors and beneficiaries, including the plaintiffs.
