NIELDS, District Judge.

Union Solvents Corporation, a corporation of the state of Delaware, brought this bill to perpetuate testimony against the Butaeet Corporation, a corporation of the state of Delaware, Guaranty Trust Company of New York, a corporation of the state of New York, and Commercial Solvents Corporation, a corporation of the state of Maryland.
