The named plaintiffs have brought this action for rescission and statutory damages alleging violations by the defendant of the Truth In Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1601 et seq. (“TILA”), the Massachusetts Consumer Credit Cost Disclosure Act, Massachusetts General Laws c. 140D (“MCCCDA”) and Massachusetts General Laws ch. 93A.
