OPINION OF THE COURT

This appeal concerns whether there was substantial evidence to support a finding that the claimant’s injuries occurred on the operating premises of her employer and, therefore, were subject to the provisions of the Workers’ Compensation Act.

Claimant was employed at the main branch of the Lexington Public Library. The Library leased approximately 144 parking spaces for staff and patrons from the owner of a parking garage which is located adjacent to the Library but is a separate structure.
