This case requires us to determine whether an employee is entitled to receive workers compensation when, while leaving her office building after work, she fell in an adjoining parking lot leased by her employer. Both the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) and the Kansas Workers Compensation Board (Board) found that she was injured while on her employer’s premises and therefore entitled to compensation.
