I. Introduction

This matter comes before the court on the defendants’ motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff Simeon Sisay commenced this action against defendants Greyhound Lines, Inc. (“Greyhound”), Emma Gray, and Ray Robinson alleging national origin discrimination and retaliation in violation of 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e and 12203 (1994), willful discharge, malicious interference with contractual relations, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. 1 Presently, the defendants move for summary…
