Ohio Casualty Insurance v. Mallison

This action was brought to enforce an indemnity agreement contained in a so-called parent-minor re lease by the terms of which the defendants, in consideration of the payment to them of a certain sum, agree to save harmless the tort-feasor, Wayne L. Pomeroy and the plaintiff insurance company from all claims for injuries to Anita Mallison, the minor child of the defendants, arising out of an automobile accident. The case was tried on stipulated facts.
