MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
CROW, District Judge.
The case comes before the court on the defendants’ motion for dismissal or summary judgment (Dk. 25). The plaintiffs are employees with the Kansas Department of Corrections (“KDOC”). They allege discrimination on the basis of sex while working at the Ellsworth Correctional Facility.
