Introduction
¶1 George Ring was convicted of raping a three-year-old girl while she was playing in his girlfriend's apartment. Mr. Ring now appeals this conviction for three reasons. First, he claims that the district court erred by using each of the factors we previously articulated in State v. Shickles 1 ( Shickles factors) to determine the admissibility of his previous acts of child molestation.
