Nicholas B. Mitrani and Michael R. Ven-ticinque were charged with a variety of crimes as a result of their alleged participation in a drive-by shooting. Two witnesses, Jacob White and Jeffrey Wade, provided sworn statements to law enforcement during the initial investigation of the incident. The State believed these two witnesses were in the ear with Mitrani and Venticinque at the time of the shooting.
