Appeal by the plaintiffs, Louis M. Simpson and another, from an order of the Supreme Court, made at the New York Special Term, ■bearing date the 17th day of November, 1899, and entered in the office of the clerk of the county of New York granting the defendant’s motion to vacate a levy of attachment made upon certain shares of the stock of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Telephone Company.

Ingraham, J.:

This action was commenced to recover $2,000 for professional' services rendered by the plaintiffs to the defendant, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey. An attachment was obtained, and' acting under it the sheriff has attempted to levy upon 3,220 shares of the capital stock of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Telephone Company, a foreign corporation' organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey, the property of this defendant.
