Defendant, Andre Rodney Nunn, born on August 21, 1960, was charged with larceny of property valued in excess of $100, MCL 750.356; MSA 28.588, receiving and concealing stolen property valued in excess of $100, MCL 750.535; MSA 28.803, and habitual offender, fourth offense, MCL 769.12; MSA 28.1084, and, pursuant to an agreement arrived at on May 5, 1987, the date set for trial, pled guilty to receiving and concealing stolen property valued in excess of $100 and habitual offender, third offense, MCL 769.11; MSA 28.1083.
