¶ 1. Robert J. and Jenny Hillis appeal from a circuit court order affirming a Village of Fox Point Board of Appeals ("Board of Appeals") decision permitting Michael and Carol McGee to construct an addition to their house. We affirm the order.

BACKGROUND

¶ 2. The Hillises, who purchased their house in the Village of Fox Point in 1979, live next door to the McGees. The McGees' house was originally built in 1927; they purchased it in 1995. No evidence suggests that the McGees' house has ever been used other than as a residence. It is located in an area zoned for residential use.
