Resolute Insurance Company is surety for one Thomas Miller on two $10,000 appearance bonds. 1 Miller was tried and convicted for assaulting an FBI agent (the assault case) and later pleaded guilty to five of seven counts of interstate transportation of stolen property (the transportation case). He was sentenced to three months of imprisonment on the assault conviction and to three years for the interstate transportation of stolen property.
